Who the frack are you??

​

Hello, I'm Emmy and this is my husband Ben! in case you need clarification i'm the one with the long pink hair and Ben is the one with the beard in the background.

​

I'm a long time crazy creator of devilish desserts and Ben is a longtime supporter of every crazy idea I have.

​

Between us we have 3 young children who we are fairly sure will one day rule the world or a prison gang. You will see us refer to them as "the ferals" ... this is every bit true and if you have met us in person you know this is true representation of them.

​

But despite their wild ways, they are the whole reason AoC began.

​

Myself and Bens hobbies include cake, walking, bickering over what to watch in the evening and then paying no attention to it.

​

We are teenie tiny team of two, we are not some big loveless company who mass produces through machinery.  Every single bake we make is made by us and in between running the wholesale side, kids cookery classes, birthday activities, attending events in the pud box, going out in our mascots and 3 smallish children, its bedlam but you can bet your backside that we work our asses off to bring you the best of the best brownie!

So just know that when you buy with us, you buy a piece of our heart <3

Where did it all start??

​

It's been a passion of mine since I made my first cake in 2011.... It was a complete disaster but I was hooked, I've done sculpted cakes, taught sugar craft,  baked regular cakes, events ... but big ole calorie dense puddings and brownies are my heart.

​

NOTHING comes close to making our customers happy with our bakes and it truly means the world to us. We have been baking for 12 years an haven't had a single negative piece of feedback and that to us speaks volumes. 

​

We often cater goodies for events, weddings, birthdays and have done fresh baked waffle desserts which have always been a huge hit. 

​

We have now opened our Den in Drybrook to share our legendary treats and to host birthday activities that not only inspire children but can also cater to neurodiverse children..

​

This is something we have thought on and off about the whole time but we want to share what we have achieved in a very educational 12 years!

​

We maybe completely bias but we haven't found anything that comes close to our bakes and its only right you get to taste them too.

Where are you??

​

We are based in the beautiful Forest of Dean which in itself is such a beautifully unique place full of picturesque scenery and some of the best small businesses around so only adds to be the perfect setting for a beautifully unique product.

​

We offer delivery of our famous brownies and blondies around the Forest of Dean and if local we can generally do a much quicker turn around. You can also collect from our home address at a time that suits us both.

We do "no contact" collections, this is not because of COVID, this is because my son has some extra special needs and a knock at the door will mean you spend at least an hour talking to him!

​

You can catch us around the Forest of Dean in our dinky dessert trailer the pud box most weekends and we are available to hire for your events too, price per head starts from £7!
